Down to 475.4

It’s been a while since I’ve posted, and there’s been a lot of ups and downs in my life.  Things are starting to swing up! 🙂

I’ve started to work out lightly at a local gym with my best friend, and he needs to get back in shape too.  We are taking it easy, and are just looking to build light muscle.

I haven’t lost a heckuva  lot of weight since April 1st, but it is going down.  I really started at 515 back in March, and got down to 495 on April 1st.  So, twenty pounds in three months ain’t bad.  My goal is to get down to 439 pounds by the end of the summer, and then 399 pounds by November.
